Order Status Explained
When you order status is set to processing it is a confirmation that we’ve received your order and will ship your first issue within 48 hours for an immediate start date OR will ship when your subscription begins according to your specification.
This will notify you that we’ve have shipped your first issue and your account is on hold until we have fulfilled the rest of your subscription.
A completed order means we’ve fully completed the shipping of your order. Please note a renewal notification will be sent to you 30 days prior to the expiry of your subscription. Please call us if you have not received one. 1-844-330-4314.
